I find these personally to be a great buy.For 30 dollars this is top-notch...that fact that they are usb makes them ideal for laptops and as long as you realize you are buying usb speakers without a big subwoofer n all that jazz...theyre greamt.They unfortunately do not have the volume on the speakers, since it controlled only computer. However they are omni-directional and I feel that gives these speakers a huge edge over the competition, they sound the same from any distance! marvelous for anyone with a laptop!.
